it would be great if we could translate OSC-messages to FUDI and vice-versa

OSC-messages: should be fairly straightforward to convert to FUDI
OSC-bundles
- open/close with [/]
- send timestamp (split into short numbers), probably as arguments to the [ message

at least there is now code that converts OSC to FUDI.

still missing is a FUDI to OSC converter (should it be symmetrical with OSC?) and the integration with WILMA
