Possible to use the RS-485 port rather than splitting the BMS 485/CAN? #1

Hi, thanks very much for developing this, and for the very clear instructions.

Just one question; on an 8kW inverter, do you know whether it's possible to use the separate RS 485 port rather than the combined BMS 485/CAN one? Or do they give access to different things?

Miranda, you have to use the configuration mentioned as I know this works. Not sure about using the RS485 port by itself.
