Timestamp not updated when saving file from windows #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit a file located on the linux machine from windows
2. Save it
3. Check the timestamp of the file from linux

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is to have the timestamp of the file updated. However, the 
timestamp is not updated.

What version of the product are you using?

win-sshfs: 0.0.1.5
Client OS: WinXP SP3
Server OS: Fedora16
Ssh server: OpenSSH_5.8p1, OpenSSL 1.0.0e-fips 6 Sep 2011

Please provide any additional information below.
