Refresh the affiliaty of authors #17

Since Sedona was acquired by Cisco several years ago, so is it better to change Anton's affiliaty to Cisco?

I think Xufeng's affiliaty also needs to be updated.

the current version on IETF is based on the 09 version, and all the affiliaty of authors are refreshed.
