Top level components per NE/node with RFC8348 #19

The examples have been developed under the assumption that there is only one top-level component within a NE/node

This assumption should be validated

Dr. Zheng from China Unicom have a different idea about the model design. He prefers to define the inventory objects directly and follow the relationship like:

   |    +--network-elements
   |     |   +--boards
   |     |    |    +--ports

I have clarified that this issue applies with RFC8348 and created a new issue to track the discussion regarding Dr. Zheng proposal

It has been agreed to augment RFC8345 where the NE/nodes are contained within a network.
