Initial slide presented by @italobusi : Examples for Scenarios from VDF - ib.pptx

They are based on the examples analyzed in #111 updated to distinguish between the physical location of the chassis within a rack and the logical location of the chassis within the network element

Question about whether the rack line should be described a type of site (contained within the rack) or just as an idenfier of the rack as line, column number

Feedbacks from operators is welcome

Examples of different components within the shelves (e.g., line cards) will be added in a future update

Few gaps/issues identified:

missing the location attribute for the component in base network inventory;
if ne-ref and component-ref are keys for the contained-chassis, it would not be possible to report empty slots on the racks
