In TAPI we have kept the issue of software/firmware modelling separate from Equipment. I suggest we look more deeply at the software/firmware modelling.

Meeting 20230621: This is a lightweight treatment that may become redundant when a full software model is developed. This is work for another activity.

The issue is related to why the base model should contain software/firmware version and therefore it is applicable to the base model
