Need to discuss if to use parent-component-ref as in the original CCAMP WG draft or to define a parent attribute as in RFC8348

WG adoption comment from Bo:

  1. Section 2.4.1. New Parent Identifiers' Reference: The YANG model has no definition on this. Suggest to define the component relationship rather than parent relationship, and also adds the child component relationship, e.g., define the child component as a list.
