Remove software related containers and groupings and fix pyang warnings #48

Summary of changes to fix #47

Removed the software-specific-info container and the software-specific-info-grouping grouping, thus fixed the error for incorrect identity of ianahw:software
Adjusted the order for "config false" statement and added missing descriptions for certain containers and grouping. This fixed the pyang warning.

The YANG tree was updated accordingly.

I added a commit to align the draft text with the change in YANG - by removing the software-specific-info grouping and indicating that it can be defined in an augmented model.
