WG adoption comments from Med #9

Some quick comments:

  • Please soften the various citations to ACTN. I would simply remove them.
  • Consider adding a dedicated section to describe the provisions in the model for future augmentations.
  • Consider if some data nodes that are defined in other models can be added directly to the base model, e.g., the following ones from draft-li
      +--ro required-components*          -> ../uuid
      +--ro dependent-components*         -> ../uuid
