Needs to explicitly reference the mission statements of IETF/IRTF/IAB #11

As explained: "If the LLC supports IETF/etc, then a clear pointer to what you believe their missions are (see RFC 3935, above, for an example). The IAB have a mission on iab.org. Etc..."

Also should add a reference to RFC 8711 and the LLC General Responsibilities in there in section 4.3

And possibly statement from Formation document: “The purpose of the Company is to provide a corporate legal framework for facilitating current and future activities related to the Internet Engineering Task Force, the Internet Architecture Board (IAB), and the Internet Research Task Force (IRTF). The intent is that legal responsibility for all IETF-related activities under the corporate umbrella of the Member as of the Effective Date will transfer to the Company.”

Having thought this through, I don't think adding the mission statements of the IETF/IRTF/IAB is a good idea as it would distract from the narrow administrative focus of this strategy. Adding the text from RFC 8711 about the role of the LLC is sufficient.
