Goal #6 is "To deliver a modern and universally well regarded toolchain supporting all the steps of the standards development process."

Should be "To deliver a toolchains that is up-to-date and well regarded by users and supports all the steps of the standards development process"

Also remove "all the steps" as that has not been specifically required by the community, though the new TAS team may decide that.
