Section 3, homonymous: I'm all for expanding people's vocabulary, but I'm not entirely sure this is the place for this. Which definition of this word is being used? And is there a simpler way to state this (thinking of non-native English speakers).
Section 6.3-6.8: Section 5 points to both EAT and UCCS, with no new considerations. Wouldn't it be better to point to the draft that actually applies in Section 6? Vice making an implementer look at multiple RFCs to figure out the security considerations. [recognizing that the process might not let you do it this way, but it is worth a try]
