David Dong's IANA review:

IANA has a question about the references for each of these media type registration. Section 6.2 of [ RFC-to-be ] lists the references for each registration as above. However, in Section 6.3 through 6.8 of [ RFC-to-be ] the authors declare the references to be Section 6.2. Which of these is correct?

Proposal: just reference [ RFC-to-be ] without pointing to any particular section.
