RFC9090 defines `oid` #180

RFC9090 defines: oid=#6.111(bstr)

CoRIM defines: oid-type = bytes tagged-oid-type = #6.111(oid-type)

To be more closely aligned with RFC9090 instances of tagged-oid-type can be replaced with oid.

CDDL2 supports namespaced definitions such that an rfc9090 definition of oid could be used as follows: tagged-oid-type = rfc9090.oid
