Triple lifecycle - full vs delta updates

We should have a way to indicate whether a CoRIM provides a delta update -- i.e., an entry in the update sequence (e.g., $\deltan$ in the chain: $\delta{1} \leftarrow \delta{2} \leftarrow \ldots \leftarrow \delta{n}$) --, or the full set of deltas in one go, i.e. the whole chain. The updates link relation should be used to create the linked CoRIMs list in the former case.

Noting that we decided that each type of tag should have its own lifecycle model. We also determined that CoRIM has its own lifecycle as well. CoRIM prose should have a section on lifecycles to document these decisions and introduce subsections for tag specific lifecycle documentation.
