RFC6383 rule in the CDDL is wrong #13

The CDDL rule RFC6383 doesn’t quite mirror what RFC 6383 actually says. You put in a new rule for suffixes, but the way you are using “+”, these will become part of the restricted-name; maybe you need to take out

restricted-name-chars =/ "+" ; Characters after last plus always
; specify a structured syntax suffix
