43 is just adding Carsten's new CDDL machinery to our build/test/assemble. It is also moving the "collection" section closer to the rest. It's not changing anything in the contents. Basically, this should just be merged as-is as it's purely mechanical work (and a bit of lift and shift).
45 (this one) needs some more serious scrutiny, especially from people with x.509 knowledge. This is built on top of the other's branch that's why you are seeing the other commits, and the reason why I pointed to the only commit that is relevant for review in the description.
