Placeholder for the discussion on change control ownership (TCG v IETF) of the information model.

Explicit versioning, publication plan, etc.

I think we agreed that TCG controls the information model and data model while IETF controls the data definition (CDDL).

We really need to make clear that the data model (IETF-owned) needs to be aligned with the parent information model (TCG-owned).
