The runs-on-module and requires-module linked tags relationships appear to describe compositional logic that possibly should be described using a triple where subject describes the SWID tag / SWID measurements and object refers to the module.

As discussed, we could express this semantics in an ad-hoc CoSWID "triple" that would use a suitable CoSWID extension point.
