Is corim intended to be exclusive to COSE? #71

Shouldn't instances of COSE_Key be more generalized to allow either COSE or JOSE key types? CDDL is supposed to allow both CBOR and JSON encodings. Did we intend for 'concise' part of corim/comid to mean only cbor?

I think moving base64 encoding for key material (see #97) we have removed any COSE specific part in CoMID.

So the only COSE-specific bit remaining is the COSE_Sign1 dependency in CoRIM.
