As discussed, this PR pulls back all the relevant stuff from the previous CoMID description -- plus the small corrections:

remove the module- prefix from the entity-map
drop the module-name object (all triples come with their explicit subject)

Once this is approved, I will git mv the two files into the old ones.

Only Few minor comments:

1) Please remove: ; TODO(tho) add text "class-map SHOULD include class-id" on Line 95 of comid-triples.cddl

2) Also comid-triples.cddl should change its name to original file name: concise-mid-tag.cddl

this is important info that we need to track until the corresponding text lands in the draft.

Also comid-triples.cddl should change its name to original file name: concise-mid-tag.cddl

no, the scope of this PR is to explicitly not do that change (see also the commit message)
