This only covers CoMID. CoRIM will be done in another PR.

Notes for the reviewers:

Please have a look at the TYPOGRAPHY.md file, it has a table with the conventions used;
For now I have limited the scope of the change to comid, if there is consensus on the conventions I'll cover the rest;
For some reasons, I can't add Henk as a reviewer (he doesn't pop up in the list)
