Crash recovery and backup gateways #10

For 5.4 1st paragraph: The paragraph can be improved. There may be several gateways (e.g. N) in front of a given network. For crash-recovery using the primary-backup strategy, each gateway would always need a backup (shadow). The implementation question becomes: does a network actually have 2N gateways (N active; N shadow), or is it the case that the shadows are actually other gateways in the set of N.

Perhaps this is a topic for the group to discuss.

For 5.4 on standardized logs, I think we mean "standardized" within each network, so that each gateway has the ability to parse through the logs of other gateways in the sane network (assuming access is granted).

Also, the term "logs" here is used to mean log of the SATP messages that have been sent/received by a gateway. (It's not "logs" in the broad sense of the word).

We will fix the text to make these points clear.
