Anycast addresses? #1215

This document differentiates between unicast and multicast addresses, but should there be a specific case of anycast addresses ?

Just to say that anycast addresses are supported? Anycast doesn't require changes to the drafts, right?

Proposed to mention Anycast and Multicast together, and then a separate sentence saying multicast address implies need for multicast transport, in PR #1235
