RG chairs cannot request interim meetings #2013

When the T2TRG chairs go to https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/interim/request they do not see the T2TRG in the list of groups they can request interims for.

This is still an issue for the T2TRG chairs.

The process/URL does seem to work for the ICNRG chairs, which is interesting.

This was an issue when the research group chair was also a working group chair. Fixed in revision 12082.

The T2TRG chairs have conformed that this is working now - thanks!

Could we also CC irtf-announce@irtf.org when the announcement is sent out, and not only the RG list and ietf-announce@ietf.org?
