When sending a series of announcements about a series of virtual interims, provide a counter in the subject #2559

It's easy, particularly when there are only 2 meetings in a series, to miss that the messages are different (eyes glaze over the dates, which are the only difference in the subject).

Depending on how the recipient handles mail reception, it would be easy to incorrectly assume those are the same message received along two different paths, for instance.

It would be clearer to end the subject line with a counter, such as (1 of 2) or (2 of 2) to highlight that these are not duplicates.

Looks like a series of meetings get split up (flattened out) into its component meetings and no further relationship is maintained between the meetings in the "series". The secretariat gets a separate announce button for each of the instances.
