WG meeting pages should link to Etherpad, Jabber, etc. #3001

Unlike the Upcoming Meetings page, the meetings page linked to from the WG Meetings tab (e.g., https://datatracker.ietf.org/wg/jmap/meetings/ ) doesn't have a link to the Etherpad address, Jabber room, etc. for the meeting.

With the increased use of interim meetings, more people may be looking here than in the upcoming meetings page, so it would be nice to have the links in both places.
