Non-WG lists appear on the WG lists page #3237

Looking at https://datatracker.ietf.org/list/wg, I see "bimi". That list does exist but it's not related with a current or planned working group. It did have a BoF, but as I recall it was not a WG-forming BoF (or it was, but the BoF failed). I suspect it should've been created on, or moved to, the non-WG list page.

On a related note, since it's not currently in any kind of chartering state, should it appear here?

https://datatracker.ietf.org/wg/bimi/about/

I can make that a separate ticket if that would be helpful.

I don't understand this part of the ticket yet. Yes, /wg/bimi/about should exist, and it should show the group as it shows it. For concluded WGs we have a bit more of a banner on pages like that - see /wg/avt/about for an example. Is the request that concluded Bofs get a similar banner?

The original issue is lack of a filter for 'bof-conc' at several places in https://trac.tools.ietf.org/tools/ietfdb/browser/trunk/ietf/mailinglists/views.py

But what links to this page? I'm not quickly finding any internal link from the datatracker to it. Is this page still necessary given the /wg page?
