Make registration lists easy to find. #3410

Right now, we capture/compute an attendee list at time of finalization. But people want to check to see if they have registered for upcoming meetings, and often look to see if they need to remind their colleagues.

There is a page at the registration system that shows current registrations (at the time this ticket was created at least). It should either be easy to get there from the datatracker, or we should expose the attendee list the datatracker is computing from MeetingRegistration before finalization.
