Accounts are blocked and have Administrative restrictions that need removed and restored. #3519

I am requesting to have my accounts restored to default. They appear to have MDM account management along with other restrictions that were placed without my knowledge or consent. I have a personal account and use only an iPhone that was purchased by me with my money. I am not affiliated with any group or organization. I am unemployed and haven't attended school in 40 years. There was or possibly still is another email account linked to Wikimedia, k.harig@aol.com. I had no knowledge of it until I started investigating on my own to research what is going on. That account had literary hundreds of bugs along with countless disability restrictions. I am not disabled. What I know factually is that my phone was hacked when I was working for a company called: DieboldNixdorf. I was an ATM technician with access to all of Bank Of America's and Wells Fargo and countless other ATM's. I am certain this person who looked me up on Facebook after 35 years that I knew in Jr High is the responsible person for hacking my phone and basically changing all the settings to take over my life. I really could use some expert help. This person will not go away. He is definitely skilled with developer knowledge and has malicious software, malware and tons of fake, fraudulent certificates. I have become a victim of identity theft and had my debit cards compromised along with federal income tax returns filed by this person. I am seeking help due to my lack of knowledge with Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Console, Apple's Developer products and services. I have attempted to fix my phone by myself but without the skill set I've pretty much have not accomplished much. I do know that I'm enrolled in many Ads programs that were done without my knowledge or permission. I discovered a Google AdMob account that had over 10,000 apps installed along with endless other stuff. Please assist in helping me safeguard my phone.
