Enhance IESG Telechat document download #4081

Description

I like the download feature to get this weeks documents on my lapop, but it would be nice if this download also contained:

In my workflow, I always read the write up, the reviews and only then go read the document. So it would be nice for the offline mode via the tar ball to have those as well - at least until wifi becomes ubiquitous and affordable on airplanes :)

Hi Paul - this would be a good sprint task - any chance you would be able to join us at the 114 sprint to help implement it?

I see what you did there .....

I will be around, maybe I'll give it a short. But I've never looked at any of the datatracker code :)
