Please cc iab@iab.org on the notification emails when an IAB-stream's document state is changed.

Is this for any state change (normal ones like changing to approved), or is the interest only in those where the state is changed manually by someone outside of an automated process?

(I ask because you call out doc_state_edited in the title and want to make sure that's what you really meant)

For any state change, not just the ones done manually--thank you for clarifying!

This will take a new trigger. In the spirit of YNGNI, rather than making this too generic, we can just build "iab_doc_state_changed" and aim it at the iab recipient. Code will have to be added in the places that could change the state to use the trigger and send mail.
