More stale URLs #5183

Describe the issue

Related to #4840, we also show these stale URLs e.g. on https://datatracker.ietf.org/area/art/about/ under " Additional resources". Should we do something about this?

I expect once the wiki migrations are complete that we will add a migration to the datatracker adjusting additional resources to point to the moved places.
