Unable to correctly select header on HTMLised Internet-Draft view #5645

Describe the issue

If I try to select the header on https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-daley-gendispatch-venue-requirements by dragging across the text, only the data elements of the text can be selected, none of the labels.

Lars suggests I link in @martinthomson because the labels are added by CSS that he provided.

FWIW, Safari on iOS has no issues selecting the text (but doesn't let me add an image here. Sigh.)

This is an interesting challenge for the styling. It is possible to fix this, but it is pretty difficult and might take some time. I've opened an issue to track it.
