AD dashboard - incoming documents from WGs #7843

Description

It would be nice to get a list of "in or post WGLC" docs in the AD dashboard for the WG the AD is responsible for.

That would give the current AD an idea of what docs are soon coming the AD's way (and how many pages they are). I suggest it would be a separate section, at the bottom of the dashboard, after anything else, or in a separate tab. I know logically it should go before the "Publication Requested" section, but I like that "pub req" section to stay where it is, because when opening the AD dashboard we immediately see what docs require AD action, and we don't want to change that.

This is similar to the new pre-pubreq column added to the dashboard for counts (the queries know the documents even if we're just displaying the count now), but it's not the same set as that includes "adopted by the wg" not "in or post WG LC".

Do we also put in another section for "In WG processing but not yet in LC or later" to explain the number in table of graphs?

At some point the categorization will become a bit too fine and there will be more headers on the individual AD dashboard than documents.
