The output of idnits points at obsoletes language that isn't there.

The output includes this comment:
-- The abstract seems to indicate that this document obsoletes RFC7761, but the header doesn't have an 'Obsoletes:' line to match this.
But the abstract doesn't use "obsoletes" anywhere near the mention of rfc7761.
