It would be useful if events that cause a page reload changed the page cursor to a "busy" symbol as additional feedback that something is actually happening.
Currently if I click on e.g. the Date field to change the sort order, the only visual feedback that the button was even clicked is that the browser's activity circle starts spinning, and on Chrome that's a rather subtle indication.
