Remove spam from external lists #3788

The following external lists, now disconnected from mail archive, have spam that needs to be removed: itu+ietf krb-wg nntpext pwot secsh sming (all) tn3270e (all) webdav

I think "which no longer receive new messages" is a better description - the lists are still in the mailarchive.
