HTML I-Ds without a versioned URL #10

One thing that Tools supports that data tracker doesn't is an _un_versioned URL for HTML I-Ds.

Mark - your description is confusing - you claim the datatracker doesn't support unversioned URLs, but then you give an unversioned datatracker URL.

Did you mean to say that the www.ietf.org exposure of the archive should also offer this unversioned appropach?

It is unversioned, but not to the HTML I-D.

Ah - just to the htmlized (despite the legacy url segment that is now not so well named). Understood

We need a link that brings up an unversioned I-D by name, in HTML form or, lacking that, in HTMLized form.
