Tables in Wagtail #190

We are unsure if this is included in issue #156, so please merge/resolve if that issue fix will apply to this request.

We (the Secretariat) would like to be able to add HTML links to other pages/sites and add lists within tables without resorting to raw HTML, which is how we handle this now.

The rich text type that will be available with #156 will solve this issue.
