"ascii" attribute of title of reference element is not rendered in text output #586

The text output does not include the "ascii" attribute of the title of a reference element. Seems it should be included to match the HTML and PDF outputs.

The text output is (roughly): [REF] author, "title", date, refcontent, date, target. whereas in the HTML and PDF it is [REF] author, "title" (ascii), refcontent, date, target.
