Text output: format="title" adds extra space after RFC title that ends in a punctuation mark #629

.html and .pdf are OK, but in .txt output, an extra space is added between the closing quote of the title and the citation string if the title ends in a punctuation mark.

In the .txt output of the files listed below, please see the citations for [RFC5218] and [RFC6305] in the first two paragraphs of Section 2.3.
