ietf-svn-bot lost some markup #724

In #639, something that probably was a piece of XML was lost in the translation to a GitHub issue. I haven't checked how often that has happened.

Wasn't XML - was bad use of <> to quote something. fwiw, the trac instance is still up in read only mode, and in the long run, I plan to make a "Take it and play with it at home" container for it.

I edited that instance.

we know there will be other places that the bot just can't do the right thing, but in our samples, they were rare. (it is much worse in the wiki conversion for the datatracker, but still close enough that manual fixup after the fact, where it matters, is feasible.)

Thanks. I wasn't concerned so much about that instance but was mulling maybe finding the other ones automatically. But maybe not worth the effort.
