ISA: Width issues in TXT format of Appendix #57

HTML version looks fine but TXT format has width issues

code blocks should be in <sourcecode> rather than <artwork>

In the current working copy in the ebpf-docs repo that tries using line blocks, indented lines aren't indented in the HTML copy. For example, see the row for

0xc3 | any | 0xf1 | any -- | -- | -- | --

Issue #71, if done in the ISA document, could solve this issue as well by replacing the current description column with something shorter
