Hi WG,

Section 3.5, "Deployment Considerations," mentions both the Distributed and Centralized models. However, Section 4, "CATS Framework Workflow," does not mention the Centralized model. I suggest adding a centralized workflow to the framework. Thank you.

we do have some text related to the centralized model in section 4. Already request for specific comments or text proposal in CATS ML. Awaiting for reply.
