In section 3.2 (draft version -12), the abbreviation is defined and then used throughout the rest of the document.

MSK had pointed out that such abbreviation is not defined in 7601.

Options: 1) continue as currently structured 2) define "A-R" in 7601bis and continue usage as current in arc-protocol 3) drop the abbreviation throughout arc-protocol doc 4) other - please specify...
