It seems to me that the elements Freddie references are in RFC7489, though he's noting that various reporters are not adhering to the spec as published (instead using prior versions). I believe this ticket can be closed.

No change to the draft necessary. The open task is to convince the folks at dmarc.org to put the new XSD (once finished) under https://dmarc.org/dmarc-xml/. Given that the RFC7489 Version 1.0 is missing there, I wouldn't take that for granted.
