DMARCbis WGLC - What to do with Appendix A.5? #134

Two recommendations on list to remove Appendix A.5, Issues with ADSP in Operation, as ADSP is historic, and one voice opposed to the removal.

No consensus yet.

Alternative proposed here might be moving discussion of it to section 7, Changes from RFC 7489, something along the lines of "we deleted the discussion from this version, but it's preserved here for historical purposes"

Appendix removed, note made in Section 7, checked into working branch.
