I took a look and these seem OK. FYI, the grammar and formatting tweaks don't hurt anything but since every RFC is professionally edited before publication, the editors catch all this stuff and more.
Changes from pull request (save for suggestion to change "its" to "it") as well as proposed changes from mailing list discussion, incorporated in rev-34 branch.
While reading through the document I've made some changes that I think makes sense. Mostly wording, correctness, and consistency fixes. The biggest commit is the addition of an example illustrating a third party Report Consumers ability to override the destination with rua/ruf tags.
Please consider each of the later patches on their own merit should one in the middle be rejected.
